Lentra Convo facilitates natural conversations in multiple Indian languages, streamlining the loan origination process and offering a personalized experience to end-customers based on language preferences.

The second product, Lentra Insights, equips lending institutions with actionable intelligence to optimize credit policies and refine the design of loan journeys. Lentra Wingman, the third launch, aids loan underwriters by summarizing financial information from diverse sources, allowing human underwriters to focus on applications requiring closer scrutiny.Ankur Handa, Chief Product Officer at Lentra, emphasized the company's commitment to meeting the evolving demands of India's credit consumption narrative through AI-driven personalization and localization.
